10-step process…
1. We can be given a drawing or product from the customer which we analyze
then select the factory we think best suited for the product.
2. We will send the drawing or product to obtain a quotation.
3. Once the quotation is accepted by the customer we will request a sample to be manufactured.
4. Once the sample is made it’s sent to the customer and checked against the drawing or
sample held by the customer.
5. If the sample is to the customer’s satisfaction then a deposit is sent to the factory
to enable the purchase of material.
6. At this stage we will offer to take care of the shipping and the clearing of the products
once it’s arrived in the UK.
7. We will also advise the amount of duty that’s needed to be paid for the product when it enters the UK and ensure whatever certification is required for the product when imported to the UK is up to date and legal.
8. During the manufacture of the order checks are carried out on the factory to ensure the
quality is correct and the lead-time is what the customer was originally quoted.
9. We can then offer an independent QC to the customer which is undertaken by our staff in
Hong Kong. Once we are happy with the checks, production samples are sent and upon the customers sign off the goods are shipped.
10. During the next 20 days nothing can be done but after 20 days the paperwork is collated and
final invoices, packing lists, and the bill of loading are sent to the clearing agent to ensure
that the containers is delivered to the customer as soon as it arrives.

With a tool making background Colin spent 9 years as a Tool Maker working on the shop floor of a prestigious Motor Racing Company followed by 6 years in the sales department travelling across Europe and America selling products and engine programmes to various forms of Motor Racing. Since April 2003 we have been creating Partnerships with numerous factory's in the Far East to provide product to the POS industry within the UK and Europe. We have developed a data base of factory’s from which we can ensure quality products can be manufactured to European standards. We visit factories and QC others to ensure we can achieve the best quality and price. We also perform on the spot QC checks to ensure our high levels of quality are being undertaken and see new products which may be of use to current customers. Typically we are in China every 8 weeks.
We have a small, but effective team operating from our offices in Northampton as well as
our newly formed office in Hong Kong.
